Pricing

What a website costs with us

Buying outright

Prefer to own it from day one?

One-off builds start at £1495 for a five-page site and rise with the size and complexity of what you need. You own the design and the code outright on final payment, and you can host it wherever you like.

Most businesses are better off paying monthly, and we’ll usually say so. The one-off route makes sense if you have the cash available and would rather not carry an ongoing commitment, or if your accountant prefers a capital purchase. It is genuinely your call — we build the same site either way.

If you buy outright and still want us to host it and handle changes, that’s the £15 a month care plan above.

What’s not included

The honest list

Things that cost extra, so there are no surprises later:

  • Your domain name if you don’t have one — typically £10–£20 a year, and we’d rather you owned it in your own account than ours.
  • Stock photography or a photoshoot. We’ll happily point you at good free sources, but original photos of your actual premises, staff and work beat anything stock, every time.
  • Paid advertising. We don’t run Google Ads. If that’s what you need we’ll tell you honestly rather than sell you something adjacent.
  • Third-party software you choose to plug in — a booking system, an email marketing platform, a payment processor’s transaction fees.
  • Copywriting on the Starter plan. You supply the words; we’ll edit and structure them. Copywriting is included from Business upwards.

Pricing questions

Why is there a 12-month minimum term?

Because we carry the build cost. A site that would be £2,000–£5,000 upfront elsewhere costs you nothing to start here — we recover it across the year instead. Without a minimum term that model doesn’t work.

After twelve months it’s rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice and no exit fee.

What if I cancel early?

The remaining months of the minimum term become payable, for the reason above. We’d always rather fix whatever prompted it — tell us and we’ll try.

Do the prices go up?

We review pricing annually and give at least 30 days’ notice of any increase. Existing clients are the last to be affected, not the first.

What counts as “change time”?

Anything that keeps the site current: text edits, new photos, price updates, a new team member, opening hours, a new page, a blog post you’ve written. It doesn’t roll over month to month, and we don’t run a stopwatch over a five-minute job.

A whole new section or a redesign is a bigger piece of work — we’ll quote it before doing anything.

Can I switch plans?

Up at any time, effective immediately. Down at the end of your current term. Businesses grow and shrink; we’re not going to make that awkward.

Is VAT included?

No — every price on this page excludes VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate. If you’re VAT registered you’ll reclaim it anyway.

Let’s build the site your trade actually needs

Tell us what you do and we’ll send you a straight answer: what your site needs, what it will cost each month, and how quickly it can be live.

No pressure, no jargon, no obligation. We usually reply the same working day.
